Rang a Sé recently participated in an Enterprise Awareness Workshop with Lena Shaw. This workshop was organised by Roscommon Local Enterprise Office. We learned about many areas of enterprise including finance, marketing, teamwork and communication. Thank you Lena for facilitating the workshop!
6th class have been really busy over the last few weeks working with Breda Donohue (our visiting art mentor). They are working on a ceramic piece for Confirmation which will remain as a permanent display in the school. Big thanks to Breda for her time and hard work, the children have really enjoyed it!

6th class wrote a letter to one of their grandparents for Grandparents’ Day. The children received letters back and they read them out in class. Our Christmas production told the hilarious story of two bungling burglars who are on the run with a bag of stolen jewels. Through a strange turn of events, the jewels are hidden in the local school’s nativity manger……. We had so much fun!
Martina Butler spoke to 6th class about the importance of looking after our global water. The children learned about plants and animals which live along our shores.
